We’ve recently raised our Series A funding for the next phase of our company roadmap, so we’re expanding the engineering team to meet the coming, new challenges. 

Product Designer at Banked

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our design team and drive the design of our product and roadmap. You will help us develop and scale into a leading global payments player, while ensuring a first-class customer experience every step of the way. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a critical part of our business and make a real impact.

About you

• You have 4+ years of Product Design experience

• You love delivering high-quality user-centric solutions

• You use solid, rationale and informed thinking as the foundation of your work

• You care deeply about customer experience and take a user-centric approach to problem-solving

• You have a real appreciation for how culture, art and design shapes and impacts digital products and customer experiences

• You can quickly understand complex problems and answer them with simple user-centric solutions

• You love sharing your insights & presenting your work to stakeholders to gather feedback to ensure we reach the best outcomes

• You understand when your work should be presented in detail & when it should be distilled into summaries

• You’re able to balance the time spent on work with the practicalities of delivering in a fast-moving company

• You’re proactive with a positive outlook

• You know Figma inside out

• You have exposure with user payment experience

What you will be doing at Banked

• Work in cross-functional teams turning conceptual ideas into impactful solutions

• Work closely with product and engineering to oversee the user experience from conception to launch (and continuous iterations)

• Understand how to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to help validate ideas & product performance

• Constantly look for ways to raise the bar for customer experience and working practices
