We’ve recently raised our Series A funding for the next phase of our company roadmap, so we’re expanding the engineering team to meet the coming, new challenges.
We're looking for someone who shares our vision, who identifies with our desire to reinvent payments and will help guide us through our growth to directly compete with Visa and Mastercard. You'll participate in the direction of the company and products, you'll be part of a team where everyone has a voice.
As Head of Solutions Architecture, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of global Solutions Architects, driving initiatives and programs to scale the organisation, and developing processes and metrics to improve technical evaluations and partnerships.
You will collaborate with Commercial and Customer Success teams to align on overall strategy, foster key relationships, and provide executive sponsorship for strategic accounts and partnerships. You will also provide strategic guidance to prospects and partners, lead new developments, and serve as an expert in Solutions Architecture. As Head of Solutions Architecture, you will own the co-creation and delivery of global partnerships, support customer success, and be a role model for the company's values and culture. This role requires a clear strategy and vision for Solutions Architecture, and the ability to influence and align with the executive team and senior leadership.
Experience with Payments and Financial Technology
Experience with integrating consumer facing payments solutions and making them successful with merchants
Knowledgeable with cloud technologies and cloud deployment models
Experience selling to and collaborating on technical solutions with technical staff, management, and executive stakeholders
Proven experience partnering with the broader organisation (commercial, product and engineering, marketing and customer success)
Track record of successfully building, growing, and scaling global Solution Architect teams, delivering to bookings, revenue, and first order goals
Ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus with executive and senior management, customers, and partners.
Brings experience building, scaling, and developing global teams in alignment with Banked's values
Own the relationships with senior technical stakeholders of our largest partners from the initial pitch and throughout their lifecycle
Architect and lead the implementation of Pay by Bank, with a heavy focus on delivering business value for Banked and our partners
Ensure Banked are meeting the architectural and security requirements of our customers
Advise the Product and Engineering teams on how our products can best support enterprise partners
Help Banked maintain the highest level of partner engagement in the industry
Design elegant architectural solutions for our partners, and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Advise and support our partners throughout delivery, deployment and scaling to help them be successful
Presentation and white boarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and technical teams
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Experience working at a high-growth start-up
An understanding of the banking regulatory and security requirements
